Certified Consultant and with an MBA in Computer Information Systems and twenty years of extensive experience in computer systems. Rich not only knows ACT!, but also has done projects in SalesLogix, SageCRM and Salesforce.com. He also is a guru in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
