This is body text for a content page.  You can add text here.  Also you can add:

•  An image (If you know you want an image, you must place the image + text element first.  You can resize your image by clicking and dragging the bottom right-hand corner)

•  A bulleted list (The bullet option does not work well so I added the bullets by hand.

•  A video (This must be placed in a separate box.)

• Links to other pages (You add these manually by clicking the link icon on the text formatting menu.)

You can edit text on your website by double clicking on a text box on your website. Alternatively, when you select a text box a formatting menu will appear.
